The return of my favourite stall

Saturday makes me excited but Sunday often makes me bored and not wanting to do anything. It's like an egg and chicken problem. You want to do things but feel lazy to do any hence you become bored. The thought of Monday looming makes one want to laze more.

There is a new stall that opens at Kim Keat Avenue Multistorey Carpark - a kuay chap stall. A duck and kway chap stall used to be at the same place and served very very good duck rice and kway chap. It was closed because of some politics between coffeeshop owner and store owner according mum's gossip network. Since then, I have been missing that stall.

I always give new stall a chance. 2 bowls of kwap chaps plus ingredients (beancurd, big and small intestines, some pork, taupok, pig stomach) costs only $5! This is really cheap.

To my surprise, it tastes like the old stall. Kwap chap is smooth and soft. All the intestines are soft and no stench. The pig stomach is the only thing not too nice. Other than that, it was delicious and I gobbled everything and felt blissed. I gleed that the thought that there is one more nice to eat in future. Hmm! I am curious why it tastes similar as the old stall and the only way to find out is through mum's resourceful network.

Bliss level: High
