Pomfet Fish Hor Fun

After a day's of training, I went home and slept like a dead meat from 6.30 to 9pm! When I woke up blurry, the only thought is to find in the nearest possible location. I headed to the favourite Zi Char stall and ordered the favourite sliced fish Hor Fun ($4). This is the same stall that I blog about Hokkien Mee.

Today seems to be a Hor Fun Day. This is my second favourite dish from this stall. I have eaten many Zi Char's Hor Fun but I always find this stall's Hor Fun the best. The stall likes to use pomfet fish in their dishes. Pomfet fish tastes better with smoother and tender meat. What I like is their smooth and nice texture Hor Fun that I find many Zi Char stall normally overcooked or undercooked this type of thick Hor Fun Their gravy is also not too thick or watery which doesn't make you feel sick of eating it after a while.
