Delicious Hainanese curry rice

Normally I don't eat rice. But I had craving for rice and vegetables after I came back from Sydney. Strangely Maxwell market isn't crowded on Monday. I suspect many people took a long weekend holidays.

This Hainanese curry rice is popular and I often see a queue. I ordered rice with brinjals, pork chop and cabbages ($3.40). And stall owner will pour scoopful of curry gravy over it. Pork chop is a must for Hainanese food. The curry is not spicy and taste rich curry flavour. The gravy makes the rice and vegetables easy to gobble and delicious. Rarely, I ate everything spotless but I did for this. So I strongly recommend those works nearby to give this a try.
